Tommy Lloyd Holman, 74 passed away peaceably at home on Friday January 28,2022. He was born on June 13, 1947 to John and Mildred (Thompson) Holman. He grew up in Hillsboro and graduated from Hillsboro High School. He served his country in the United States Army including two combat tours in Viet Nam. After military service Tommy worked in Dallas for Professional Ambulance Service.Tommy served in the Texas State Guard and an NCO in the MPs for several years. He served in the Hillsboro Volunteer Fire Department. He worked at the family owned Gold Nugget Pawn Shop and Hill County Nursery.

Tommy is survived by one brother, John Holman of Rio Vista, one sister Kathy Goldsmith of Hewitt, nephews Josh Holman, Jared Goldsmith and Mark Goldsmith. Also an aunt Betty Harris and cousins Cindy Glover, David and Jim Thompson. Among his many friends were Sherry Hornsby, Cherrie Polson, Trina Perez, Kristin Austin, Jimmy L Neff, Jonathan L. Perez and many more.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services will be held at Hillcrest Garden of Memory near Hillsboro at 2pm on Wednesday February 9
2022.
