An amazing woman, Shelia was loved by the entire community and always put others before herself. She had a kind heart, sweet disposition, and never met a stranger. Her faith and devotion to the Lord inspired many and she was never too busy to listen to someone or give advice when needed. Shelia was a perfect example of love, faith and selflessness who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Preceded in death by her father James Hall and daughter Kim Lamb, Shelia is survived by her husband, Ricky Wayne Riley; sons, Mike Riley and Matthew Riley and wife Kara; mother, Maggie Hall; brother Rick Hall and his wife Jane; sister, Michele Hall Howse; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
