Soon after Kevin was born his family moved to Covington. He attended school there and in Rio Vista where he graduated from Rio Vista High School in 1988. He then attended college at the University of Texas in Austin and Tarleton State University in Stephenville where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 1994. But most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his children. His fondest memories were spent coaching their various sports teams and taking them camping, fishing and kayaking. He was jokingly known as “the king of one liners” because he could remember every one from every movie he ever watched. Kevin was a kind and generous man who will be dearly missed. He was a faithful member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church in Whitney. Preceding him in death was his father, Mike Williams; grandparents, Basil and Jo Helen Rich; grandmother, Faye Williams and his dad-in-law, Buddy Yarbro.
